How much do you charge for delivery?
We offer flat-rate shipping for all standard online orders.
- Order Value $49 and under = AUD $8 delivery charge
- Order Value over $49 = FREE DELIVERY
Order Value refers to the total value of all products and services purchased in a single transaction online excluding freight costs.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
We will despatch your order as soon as possible, and use Australia Post for most of our standard online orders. Please allow 4-7 working days for your order to arrive.
Here at Vacspare, we want all customers to be satisfied with their purchases.
Vacspare adhere strictly to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, and as such we provide all exchanges and returns as required by this Act.
Please choose your purchase carefully as a refund may not be provided if you simply change your mind. Repairs, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted or provided unless the goods are faulty or unfit for purpose.
All goods purchased online from Vacspare which qualify for a refund may be exchanged for a refund with proof of purchase. This is provided that the goods are returned within 10 days of purchase, have not been used and are in their original packaging. Exchanges will be accepted via courier or post at the expense of the customer.

We will endeavour to help you out wherever we can - we understand how frustrating it can be if the vacuum bags you ordered do not fit your vacuum cleaner.
Vacspare respect the confidentiality of our customers and takes its obligations under privacy law seriously. Appropriate measures have been taken to ensure that your personal information is respected and kept confidential in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Credit Card Details
To ensure customer security, no credit card number is ever stored in our system. Your credit card details will be passed to the secure payment gateway as soon as they have been collected.
Vacspare's website may contain links to other websites. When you access these links we recommend that you read the website owner's privacy statement before disclosing your personal information. We do not accept responsibility for inappropriate use, collection, storage or disclosure of your personal information collected outside our website.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Vacspare aim for 100% customer satisfaction with all of our products or services. This warranty is provided by Vacspare and is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Vacspare products come with a warranty against any manufacturing faults and defects for the stated period of years from the date of proof of purchase.
Any product damaged in transit or not working on arrival must be reported to us within 10 days of you taking delivery of or purchasing the product (whichever occurs first). A replacement product will be shipped to you promptly after Vacspare receive from you the faulty product together with your proof of purchase of the product.
Please be aware that you must pay to ship the product to the address nominated by Vacspare and the costs that will be incurred by Vacspare in shipping a replacement product to you.
This warranty does not cover
- Misuse or use for wrongful purpose for example to pick up liquids, plaster dust, powder or sand.
- Commercial or industrial use when the product is not designed for commercial or industrial use.
- Consumables, such as bags, belts and filters.
- You must, at your expense, replace consumables with authorized parts in accordance with the product's requirements.
- Blockages of hose, filters, rods, and heads.
- Damage to the product as a result of the blockages of hoses, filters, rods and heads.
- Misuse of the product, floor tools, hoses, rods or the body of the product.
- Any damage to the product caused by person(s) is not covered by the warranty.
